  • For appraisers, you will now have a $0 deductible, $2,500 supplementary payment coverage to assist with legal fees in relation to a subpoena and a $2,500 supplementary payment coverage for Third Party Notification to cover costs incurred in relation to a data breach. The rates may also be different based on your prior acts coverage date.
  • For real estate agents, brokers and appraisers your policy is no longer offered through a risk purchasing group and is now an admitted product** in almost all states*.
  • Further enhancements will be coming for real estate agents.
* Agents and Brokers in California will be written on a surplus lines basis for those who do not qualify for the Online program. The online program for agents, brokers and appraisers will be an admitted product (pending DOI approvals).
**An admitted product is an approved insurance product by your states department of insurance.
