In the event of a lawsuit, your own Professional Liability Insurance policy would:
  • Provide you with your own attorney for each day or part of a day Insured is in attendance, at Underwriter’s request, at a trial.
  • Pay all reasonable costs incurred in the defense or investigation of a covered claim.
  • Pay you for lost wages up to $250 per day/$10,000 per policy period.
  • Pay court costs and settlements up to $5,000 per proceeding/$10,000 per policy period resulting from the investigation or defense of a proceeding before a state licensing board or similar regulatory body.
